Sense receives 100% customer satisfaction rating from client ICA

Sense is delighted to have achieved a perfect score in a recent customer satisfaction survey from the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales.
Project Economia involved the fit out of 35,000 ft² of office space in Milton Keynes for the Institute's administration and support services.
David Smiley, the Institute's Head of Property and Facilities, commended the service Sense delivered throughout the project.
"I always find their [Sense's] people extremely positive and helpful and extremely professional. They've all done well but what sticks in my mind is that Project Economia was the first sizeable project for us in some time. Sense was very helpful in explaining the concept of a project to the people here.
"They were extremely supportive. Near the end the main contractor was asking for a substantial amount more for variations but we still delivered the project on budget. Sense did all the negotiations and arguing. We jointly agreed the strategy but Sense delivered it."
As a result of its service on Project Economia, Sense has been commissioned on a further three projects.
The rest of the design team included Jones Lang LaSalle as project mangers, Pringle Brandon as interior designers and Troup Bywaters + Anders as services engineers. Ibex Interiors were the main contractor.
