Sense appointed as cost consultant for North Notts College campus redevelopment

North Nottinghamshire College has appointed Sense Cost Consultancy for their campus redevelopment, a £32m multi-phased project on their existing site in Worksop.
The appointment has come through Sense’s recently secured position on the Learning and Skills Council Consultancy Framework. Sense will take ownership of the existing feasibility study and then providing full cost management services to take the College through a difficult operational site redevelopment.
John Webb, Sense’s Birmingham office Operations Director commented:"We are thrilled to have secured this appointment. It is our first since the new framework came in to force and it provides us with the opportunity to reiterate our position and strength in the education sector, and in particular the Further Education sector".
