Efficient growth in Belgrade

The construction market in Serbia is thriving and Mace has already established a reputation there as a leader and innovator, delivering iconic projects that redefine the standard of quality. With several projects already under its belt, including the Delta City Mall, Mace is making the growth of its Serbian operations a key priority as the group moves forward.
Perhaps the biggest project the Mace Serbia team has undertaken to date is 'The Universiade 2009 Village', also known as Block 67. This €230m mixed use project comprises 14 residential and 2 commercial buildings spread over 14 hectares in the fast growing area known as 'New Belgrade', adjacent to another recent Mace completion, the Delta City mall. Mace's expertise in meeting critical deadlines is key - as at launch in June 2009 the development will host 12,000 organisers and participants in the Belgrade University 2009 Summer Games.
As a result of intelligent planning the Mace construction and project management team is well ahead of its planned schedule whilst extending quality and health and safety standards on the project.
